Together We building the future of women's healthspan, Whole Living, Professional Performance and feminine leadership.

BUILD WITH US.

Our Vision

House of Eluma is not a wellness product. It is a precision methodology built over two decades of clinical practice that prepares women to lead, steward, and build from their whole selves.

We are open to partnerships with corporations, family offices, wealth management firms, longevity institutions, leaders in hospitality, and impact investors who are ready to bring something genuinely different into their portfolio of women's health, leadership, and legacy programmes.

If you are building something that serves women at the highest level we would like to hear from you.

House of Eluma addresses what no single vertical can: the whole woman. Her biology. Her emotional intelligence. Her relationship with wealth, legacy, and the leadership she is being asked to step into.

The market is moving toward women.

The methodology that serves them whole does not yet exist — inside most portfolios.

Women will control $105 trillion in global wealth by 2045. The women's health and longevity market is projected to reach $32 billion by 2030. Across boardrooms, family offices, and institutions worldwide, the conversation about women's performance, health span, and leadership is no longer a niche it is a strategic priority.

And yet the industry continues to fragment her. Hormones addressed here. Mental health addressed there. Leadership programmes that ignore the body entirely. Wellness retreats that touch the surface and leave the root untouched.

This is the gap in your portfolio. And this is what we are built to fill.

How Do We Work Together

Every collaboration is different. What follows is the territory we work within the five areas where House of Eluma brings the most depth, the clearest differentiation, and the most meaningful results for the women your organisation serves.

For Family Offices

Feminine Wealth Preparation

For family offices and wealth management firms whose female clients are navigating one of the most significant transitions of their lives.

The feminisation of wealth is not a trend. It is a structural shift. Women will inherit, create, and steward the majority of private wealth within a generation and most of them are arriving at that responsibility without the preparation they need. Not financial preparation. Human preparation.

The emotional weight of sudden wealth. The identity disruption of stepping into power. The biological reality of navigating this transition during midlife. Your advisors are equipped for the portfolio. House of Eluma is equipped for the woman.

What this looks like

  • Bespoke whole-woman preparation programmes for HNW female clients in transition

  • Referral partnership for women navigating inheritance, liquidity events, or divorce

  • Keynotes and private events for women's wealth forums and family office gatherings

  • Co-branded retreats for female client communities

For Hospitality

A methodology, not an amenity

Luxury hospitality has spent a decade investing in service, design, and experience. What's still missing, in nearly every five-star property, is a defined methodology for the guest who wants more than a spa afternoon the woman navigating midlife who is looking for something that actually addresses what she's carrying, not just a menu of treatments.

We partner with hotels, resorts, and branded residences to build that missing layer: a methodology-led wellness program, conceived specifically for a defined audience, rather than a generic amenity retrofitted after the fact.

What this looks like:

For Women's Leadership Programmes, Academies & Business Schools

The Biology of Leadership

What this looks like:

  • Keynote 45 to 60 minutes, for audiences of any size. The opening that reframes everything that follows.

  • Half Day Workshop Smaller cohort. Deeper work. Practical tools women can apply immediately.

  • Programme Integration House of Eluma content embedded as a standing module within your leadership curriculum.

  • Private Corporate Session Delivered exclusively for your senior female talent. Confidential, bespoke, and built around the specific pressures of your industry.

For Corporate HR & People Teams

When Your Best Women Start to Quietly Disappear

  • Founding wellness partnerships shaping the wellness identity of a new property or residence before it opens, built into the guest experience from the ground up rather than added afterward.

  • Curated retreat programming multi-day, methodology-led retreats hosted within an existing property, integrating precision health diagnostics, nervous-system work, and leadership coaching into the guest calendar.

  • Train and journey experiences the same methodology adapted to slow-travel formats, where the journey itself becomes part of the transformation.

  • Staff and concierge training equipping wellness and guest-relations teams to recognise and support midlife guests with genuine expertise, not generic hospitality scripts.

  • Co-branded content and storytelling positioning a property as a destination for this specific, underserved audience through joint editorial, events, or launch campaigns.

Every leadership programme teaches strategy, influence, and executive presence.

None of them teach what happens to a woman's decision-making when her cortisol is chronically elevated. None address why her energy, clarity, and confidence can shift dramatically across the month and what to do about it. None tell her that the fatigue she is managing at 44 is not a motivation problem but impacted by her functional capacity and biology shift.

Executive MBA cohorts. Boardroom pipeline programmes. In-house women's leadership networks at law firms, financial institutions, and global corporations.

If your programme develops women leaders this is the session their development is missing.

The Biology of Leadership is a keynote or half day workshop designed for women's leadership cohorts, Executive MBA programmes, and boardroom pipeline initiatives.

It is the session delegates remember a year later because it explains something they have been living but never had language for.

What it covers:

The hormonal reality of high performance in midlife. How the body under sustained pressure affects judgement, risk appetite, and emotional regulation. Why the standard advice sleep more, stress less is not a strategy and what a high achieving woman can actually do, at a biological level, to protect and extend her performance through the most consequential decade of her career.

The talent you have invested in most is navigating something no performance review, wellness app, or menopause policy was built to address.

A bespoke collaboration designed for HR Directors, People teams, and the managers and team leaders who support women through the most demanding decade of their careers.

A half-day education session on what women in midlife are navigating biologically and what that means for performance, presence, and the support they actually need. Practical, clinical, and immediately applicable.

Every year, 1 million women leave the workforce because of menopause. For organisations, replacing a single senior woman costs an average of £30,000 before you count what leaves with her (Gender Health Gap Report, 2024 / Oxford Economics, 2023)

Every collaboration is shaped around the property's own identity a heritage hotel, a slow-travel train, a branded residence rather than a one-size offering layered on top.

For Premium Boutique Fitness

She deserves a coach who understands her biology

What Your Qualification Didn't Teach You

Most fitness education was built around a male physiology model, adjusted at the margins for women.

It taught you to count reps, track macros, and periodise training. What it did not teach you was how the menstrual cycle fundamentally alters a woman's strength capacity, recovery speed, pain tolerance, and motivation across four distinct phases. It did not teach you that perimenopause can present as chronic fatigue, plateau, and sudden weight gain symptoms that look, on the surface, like a client who has stopped trying. It did not teach you that a woman aged 38 to 58 is navigating one of the most significant hormonal transitions of her life, often while managing a career, a family, and a standard gym programme that was not designed with any of that in mind.

This disconnected approach is costing your clients results they deserve and costing you the depth of practice you are capable of.

We work with premium fitness environments that are serious about the standard of care they offer their female members. If your team is already asking the right questions about women's health, this programme gives them the answers.

How We Work Together:

Every partnership is shaped around your environment and your team.

Full Day Workshop An immersive in person education day for your coaching team. Delivered at your facility or at a venue of our choosing. Suitable for teams of 4 to 30.

Half Day Intensive A focused 4 hour session covering the core framework, with case study discussion and Q&A. Ideal as an introduction or as an add on to existing CPD calendars.

Embedded Staff Training House of Eluma content delivered as part of your annual training programme integrated into your onboarding or continuing education calendar for new and existing coaches.

What You Will Learn:

  • The Hormonal Architecture of Performance How oestrogen, progesterone, cortisol, and testosterone interact across the training week and why programming that ignores this produces inconsistent results, client frustration, and eventual dropout.

  • The Four Phases and How to Train Them A practical framework for adapting intensity, volume, and recovery windows to the menstrual cycle for clients who are cycling, perimenopausal.

  • Perimenopause in the Studio How to recognise the early signs of perimenopause in a training context. What plateau, fatigue, mood swings, and body composition changes in a 35–50 year old client actually signal and how to respond with programme design rather than platitudes.

  • The Gut, Sleep, and Stress Connection Why a client who trains hard, eats well, and still does not recover may be dealing with cortisol dysregulation, gut microbiome disruption, or sleep changes driven by hormonal shifts and what a coach can and cannot do in that situation.

  • Coaching the Whole Woman A woman's mindset, emotional patterns, and sense of self are not separate from her physical performance they are the foundation of it. This module teaches coaches to see and work with the whole person.

  • When to Refer The clearest signal of a great coach is knowing the edge of their scope. You will leave with the language, the confidence, and the referral pathway to support clients whose needs extend beyond movement.
